In March 2026, we were honored for the first time with the MMK Award of Excellence for Innovative Management - an award presented as part of the 'Münchner Management Kolloquium' that recognizes companies that set new standards in leadership, organization, and collaboration through innovative management approaches.

This recognition belongs above all to our People & Culture team. With a lot of expertise, dedication and openness to new ideas, they made our global People & Culture strategy a reality – and ultimately helped bring this award home.
 
Together, we’ve changed our way of thinking. Over the past few years, our entire People & Culture department has evolved from a largely local setup into a truly global organization. A key example - and an essential part of this transformation - has been the development of a global Talent Acquisition network. Today, responsibility is no longer concentrated at our headquarters in Weingarten but distributed across our international locations.

An important milestone was appointing Talent Acquisition leadership in Mexico - a strong signal of trust in our international leadership and hybrid teams.
 
Today, our colleagues recruit in cities like Barcelona, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Berlin, building cultural connections with candidates while working closely together as one global team.

This new setup is a real game changer: it allows us to combine international reach with local market understanding – helping us find the right people faster and create a better experience for candidates.
