We attach great importance to professional packaging and transport in order to move your IT assets to us reliably, safely and efficiently. For smooth cooperation when returning your devices, you will find detailed information on packaging and provision of devices in the following chapter. So you can be sure that your devices are optimally protected, will be picked up on time and arrive safely at our doorstep.

Arrange Equipment Return

1. Standard Pickup*

Perfect for when your equipment is already packed and ready to go. CHG will coordinate pickup and transport using our trusted logistics partners.

2. White Glove Service*

Need help with packing? Our team provides all necessary packing materials and professionally packs your equipment onsite for secure transit.

3. Self-Shipping

Prefer to use your own carrier? You can ship equipment directly to our facility.

Prepare Equipment for Pickup

Before returning, ensure that all devices are:
  • Free of passwords or security locks
  • Removed from any MDM, ABM, or MAM systems
The following items must be returned with each device:
  • Hard drives
  • Batteries
  • Adapters, chargers, and power cords
Returned equipment must be:
  • Fully functional
  • Free of non-standard damage
  • Showing only ordinary wear and tear
  • Free of custom stickers or labels

Only return the exact serial numbers listed in your lease agreement, unless CHG has approved a substitution.

If substitutions have been approved:
  • Clearly indicate both the original and replacement serial numbers
  • By returning the equipment, you fully relinquish all ownership or rights to CHG
You are responsible for removing all personal or business data, including:
  • Files, images, applications, and other content
  • Any data stored on hard drives or digital storage media

CHG offers certified secure data wiping services upon request.
